  • Align hiring, training, and evaluation practices with organizational goals.

  • Manage inventory and end-of-month counts.
  • Maintain accurate transfer logs and effective ordering.
  • Ensure a LEAN production environment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure preventative maintenance and cleaning on a set schedule.
