About the position

Responsibilities

  • Assist GM with communicating financial variances and goals to employees.
  • Execute proper security and cash handling procedures.
  • Perform daily and weekly inventories accurately and timely.
  • Place food and supply orders to maintain proper levels.
  • Maintain labor, food, and supply costs within budget.
  • Provide direction and leadership to Team Leaders and employees.
  • Conduct interviews and assist with new hire orientation and training.
  • Minimize employee turnover through effective hiring and training practices.
  • Conduct monthly safety training for employees.
  • Counsel and document performance issues with hourly employees.
  • Maintain cleanliness standards in all areas of the restaurant.
  • Monitor speed of service standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with maintaining equipment and facility repairs.
  • Execute marketing events and promotions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of restaurant experience.
  • At least 1 year of management experience.
  • Strong cash handling skills.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to develop team members.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
