The candidate will help maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, create digital content for social media, emails, and website updates, and assist with internal and external newsletters. Additionally, the role involves maintaining email distribution lists, records for industry memberships and sponsorships, and coordinating the production and organization of marketing materials, presentations, and business cards. The Assistant Marketing Coordinator will also be expected to write clearly and effectively for various purposes and audiences, which may include proofreading or editing content as needed. The role requires maintaining marketing databases and contributing to the establishment and implementation of standards, processes, and policies. Administrative support to the marketing team is also a key responsibility, along with performing additional duties as assigned.
