About the position

The Assistant Marketing Manager of Brand Campaigns at Lowe's will collaborate with Brand Marketing leadership to develop marketing strategies aimed at growth opportunities within prioritized customer segments. This role involves leveraging consumer insights and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the strategic success of marketing initiatives. The position serves as a subject matter expert for an assigned merchandise division and acts as the primary contact for the merchandise vice president, leading the execution of marketing calendars within agile brand marketing pods.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with brand marketing managers to execute programs across the marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and delivering effective marketing strategies that meet KPIs.
  • Analyze and interpret data, including merchandising P&L data, to draw actionable conclusions and build annual and quarterly objectives and tactical plans.
  • Develop programs that support growth through fact-based business cases in collaboration with Merchandising and Operations.
  • Refine the annual marketing calendar to drive category sales and build the brand, leading the development of briefs and serving as an integrator across marketing and the broader organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute a 360 omni-channel experience, including product launches and associated marketing support.
  • Develop visual merchandising support plans to align in-store experiences with overall marketing experiences.
  • Work with marketing operations to integrate promotions into marketing vehicles and analyze the impact of programs against goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and serve as the subject matter expert in the assigned vertical.
  • Ensure product features and pipeline sustainability before campaign production or launch.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Merchandising, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of overall marketing experience and running campaigns.
