About the position

The Assistant Marketing Manager at Old World Industries will play a crucial role in managing media and creative agency projects, maintaining the Integrated Marketing Plan, and assisting in content creation and brand strategy. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills and a foundational understanding of media to support the marketing team in achieving its objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day media and creative agency timelines and project deliverables.
  • Leverage media experience to manage programmatic media buying, analytics, and insights.
  • Analyze data to inform decisions and measure campaign performance in partnership with the agency.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
  • Craft clear and persuasive written communications for marketing materials, reports, and presentations.
  • Regularly update and maintain the Integrated Marketing Plan with inputs from internal departments and agencies.
  • Provide data updates to the Marketing Team Dashboard tool and track Marketing KPIs.
  • Help develop and implement content strategies across various channels and create engaging content.
  • Assist in strategic projects ranging from audience targeting to brand strategy, including research design and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain a clear understanding of stakeholders' impact on the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, digital, brand strategy, retail, or media agency.
  • Foundational understanding of media, including programmatic advertising, analytics, and insights.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Superior written communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and persuasive content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
