About the position

The Assistant Marketing Manager - Email, Push, & SMS at Lowe's will collaborate with marketing partners to enhance business and marketing objectives through owned channels. This role involves leading execution processes and tech enablement for targeted marketing and automated campaigns, reporting directly to the Channel Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and optimize email, push, and SMS campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet weekly revenue and traffic goals.
  • Oversee the end-to-end channel campaign execution process and serve as the final approver for email, push, and SMS deployments.
  • Work cross-functionally with Martech, Customer Marketing, and Campaign Teams to implement new automated and personalized customer journeys.
  • Define and implement new channel strategies to increase customer engagement, retention, and revenue in collaboration with the Channel Marketing Manager.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and audience behavior to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Become an expert in Lowe's SFMC architecture and data capabilities, advising cross-functionally on these capabilities.
  • Communicate customer segment and channel opportunities effectively to gain alignment across functional areas.
  • Establish strong working relationships with marketing and cross-functional peers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Email Marketing, E-Commerce, or Digital Marketing roles with a proven track record of achieving revenue and traffic goals through data-driven strategies.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar enterprise-level CRM platforms, Adobe Analytics or similar, and Project Management platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS fundamentals for email marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical marketing messages to senior marketing leaders.
