About the position

JAFCO, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing services to children with developmental disabilities and their families, is seeking an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager / Graphic Designer to join our team. This full-time position is based in Sunrise, FL, with the potential for remote work for the right candidate. The salary for this role ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing our organization's creative vision. You will collaborate closely with our Creative Marketing Manager to produce engaging print and digital materials that captivate our audiences and inspire action. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping JAFCO's creative brand identity and producing a variety of marketing, advertising, and design materials. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality design. Your responsibilities will include leading and coordinating the work of developers, copywriters, art directors, and contractors on various projects, from initial concept to final output. You will also adhere to specific instructions, guidelines, and schedules provided by the Marketing Manager, while organizing and maintaining creative assets and file archives. To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in advertising design, graphic design, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of experience in client communications, presentations, and relationship maintenance in both digital media and print. A portfolio showcasing creative and strategic thinking across various mediums is essential, as is proficiency in InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience in prepress, print, digital, and video production, including photo shoot art direction, is also required. Prior experience in the non-profit sector is a plus. Responsibilities
