About the position

Meneses Law is seeking a motivated and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to support the marketing team in developing and executing impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness and business growth. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation, implementation, and management of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize social media campaign effectiveness and report results.
  • Oversee content creation for marketing materials such as advertisements, blogs, videos, and email newsletters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in tracking expenditures and provide updates on marketing projects while keeping a marketing calendar updated.
  • Coordinate events, promotional activities, and community engagement efforts.
  • Assist with developing strategies to grow brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Support the team in resolving urgent issues outside of business hours.
  • Maintain accountability for individual tasks while ensuring alignment with overall team objectives.
  • Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools such as CRM software, analytics platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Understanding of SEO, PPC, and email marketing principles.
  • Ability to lead a team of marketing professionals while maintaining accountability for all tasks assigned.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in immigration law marketing.
  • Familiarity with MacOS systems.
