About the position

The Assistant Marketing Manager at WineDirect plays a crucial role in communicating key messaging to prospects, clients, and the broader industry. This position is integral to delivering high-quality client communications that foster brand loyalty and drive feature adoption, ultimately contributing to the success of winery clients. The role involves executing the Go-To-Market strategy for new product features and initiatives, ensuring a consistent, customer-centered experience across various channels.

Responsibilities

• Be the 'Voice of the Client' in collaboration with Development teams on new products and features.
• Execute customer-facing communications including webinars, sales materials, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts, and social media posts.
• Implement the go-to-market strategy for new product launches.
• Act as an internal advocate for customers alongside the Client Success team.
• Drive feature adoption and plan upgrades through multi-channel campaigns.
• Lead trade show event management and production.
• Provide creative problem solving and analytical reasoning.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of effective marketing and sales collateral.
• Basic knowledge of the marketing and sales funnel, customer journey maps, personas, messaging, and positioning.
• Solid grasp of digital marketing best practices including blogging, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
• Exposure to quantitative analytics and familiarity with marketing analytics and A/B testing.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas and technical jargon into plain English.
• Comfortable executing programs in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
