About the position

The Assistant Marketer of Provider Relations at Corazon Imaging is responsible for supporting the marketing team in promoting outpatient Coronary CTA imaging services. This role focuses on driving patient acquisition, engagement, and referral growth through effective marketing strategies. The position involves managing relationships with healthcare providers, organizing events, and providing administrative support to enhance brand awareness and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Support marketing strategies as directed by Directors of Provider Relations and Executive Leadership.
  • Assist Directors of Marketing in maximizing provider office meetings for efficiency and productivity.
  • Become knowledgeable about advanced Cardiac Imaging and educate healthcare providers on their needs.
  • Help organize events, webinars, and seminars to promote imaging services and educate the community.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling meetings and managing marketing calendars.
  • Assist in hand delivering critical reports to providers and closing the loop with referring offices.
  • Maintain a current database of existing and potential clients.
  • Schedule and participate in luncheons, dinners, and other networking events with the patient and physician community.
  • Manage call list and grow existing client list through scheduled appointments and cold calls.
  • Provide support and education to referring office staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role or healthcare industry preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to recognize potential problems and provide fast solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
  • Computer skills such as database maintenance and report generation.
  • Ability to maintain knowledge of current topics and trends in radiology.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Well-groomed, outgoing, and personable demeanor.
  • Availability and willingness to travel locally.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales (3 years preferred).
