About the position
As a member of the Product Development and Production team at Tory Burch, you will play a crucial role in bringing our beautiful collections to life. This position is designed for individuals who have a keen interest in materials development, sourcing, and production. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining and ensuring the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system is accurate and up-to-date, tracking samples, and managing the calendar to ensure timely turnover of development and prototypes. You will collaborate closely with an amazing team across design and merchandising, all of whom share a commitment to excellence and a love for beautiful products. Responsibilities
- Maintain and ensure the PLM system is up-to-date and accurate.
- Support the team by tracking samples.
- Work on the calendar to ensure timely turnover of development and prototypes.
- Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to achieve product excellence.
- Build relationships with manufacturers and luxury suppliers globally.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent life experience.
- 1+ year of relevant product development experience or relevant internship/school work.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong math and collaborative skills.
- Able to work in a fluid, fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
- Proficient in Excel & Adobe Suite.
