As an Assistant for the Mobile Dental Program at Bridging Brighter Smiles, Inc., you will have the unique opportunity to work with children in your community, providing essential preventative dental care. This part-time position requires you to work 2-3 days a week, primarily during the day from Monday to Friday, with no evening, weekend, or holiday hours. You will be joining a dedicated Dental Hygienist in delivering services that include dental screenings, cleanings, fluoride varnish applications, and sealants for students ranging from 4K to 12th grade. In this position, you will be responsible for interacting with children, which includes asking them questions, guiding them to and from the treatment room, and distributing toothbrushes and toothpaste. Additionally, you will help with the setup and takedown of dental equipment, ensuring that everything is ready for the day's activities.
