About the position

Bonita Beach Mitsubishi is looking for a full-time Automotive Assistant Office Manager to support various office tasks and ensure efficient operations within the dealership. The role requires a dedicated individual with at least two years of experience in an automotive office, who can manage HR-related administration, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate HR-related administration and record-keeping for all dealership employees
  • Ensure that all manufacturer accounts, including warranty claims, rebates, interest, and protection are current and accurate
  • Assist in the completion of annual review/audit
  • Ensure compliance with all government regulations
  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Compile information and prepare reports as requested by management and/or dealer principal
  • Maintain confidential employment files
  • Budget, acquire, distribute, and store supplies
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience within an automotive office
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation-based communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High School Degree or GED
  • Accounting or Business Administration degree preferred
  • Valid US Driver's License
