Additionally, the role involves assisting the Program Director with payroll time-sheets, sick and annual leave documents, travel reimbursements, access cards, purchasing documents, and employment documents. The position also supports the implementation of tracking referrals, scheduling assessments, analyzing reports, and maintaining electronic records systems. Support with employee hiring by gathering and forwarding background check documentation to HR is also required. The role includes creating and maintaining spreadsheets, calendars, and other systems to assist with quality assurance measures for the departments, conducting daily insurance checks, satisfaction surveys, updating electronic medical records, and case file auditing. Finally, the position supports the Program Director with materials and scheduling for marketing and outreach efforts.
