Responsibilities

• Schedule, dispatch, and communicate with truck drivers frequently throughout the day
• Manage heavy phone traffic
• Perform heavy data entry
• Provide administrative backup for the office
• Complete other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years in an office environment
• 1 year of dispatching experience
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related programs
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to type 55+ WPM
• Strong writing skills including spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team setting
• Dependable attendance is key
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends, if needed
