About the position

Soccer Shots is seeking an Assistant Operations Coordinator to support all regional operations duties related to our youth soccer programs. This full-time position is based in Miami, FL, and involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of our programs. The Assistant Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in maintaining program seasons, managing schedules, and providing exceptional customer service to parents and partners. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and that our programs are well-promoted and well-attended. The Assistant Operations Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the master calendar and registration system, managing program schedules, and handling cancellations and rescheduling processes. This includes notifying parents of any changes, updating social media platforms, and communicating with site representatives. Additionally, the coordinator will assist in managing the registration and enrollment process at all sites, ensuring that all participants are properly registered and informed about the programs. In terms of marketing and communications, the Assistant Operations Coordinator will assist in implementing the season marketing plan, which includes creating and publishing social media content, preparing promotional materials, and representing Soccer Shots at various events. The role also involves fostering relationships with current partners and maximizing enrollment at assigned locations through site visits and outreach efforts. This position requires a commitment to excellence, as Soccer Shots aims to be the best-run and most popular youth soccer program in Miami. The Assistant Operations Coordinator will be expected to meet performance goals, maintain professional communication, and adhere to company policies while representing Soccer Shots with integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program seasons including master calendar and registration system.
• Manage the program schedule, cancellations, and rescheduling process.
• Notify parents of schedule changes and updates.
• Update social media platforms and communicate with site representatives.
• Assist in managing the registration and enrollment process at all sites.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to parents, directors, and partners.
• Coach up to 15-18 sessions per week.
• Assist with the implementation of the season marketing plan.
• Schedule and prepare materials to promote upcoming Soccer Shots seasons.
• Participate in running program demos and distributing promotional materials.
• Represent Soccer Shots at industry events and open houses.
• Foster relationships with current partners through site visits and events.
• Provide leads in the territory served to maximize enrollment.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License and reliable personal vehicle.
• Experience in teaching or coaching, particularly with children ages 2-8.
• Strong communication skills for customer service and team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized under pressure.
• Proficiency in social media and marketing strategies.

Nice-to-haves
