About The Position
The Assistant Operations Manager at EOS Fitness plays a crucial role in supporting the Operations Manager and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the gym. This position focuses on providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and assisting members with their inquiries and requests. The Assistant Operations Manager is expected to create a welcoming atmosphere for members, guests, and staff while taking ownership of the member experience in the absence of the Service Manager.
