About the position

The Assistant Outlets Manager at Hyatt will oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel, ensuring compliance with laws and operating procedures while coordinating special events. This role requires strong communication and analytical skills, along with experience in food and beverage cost control.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee food and beverage areas within the hotel.
  • Schedule staff and forecast needs for food and beverage operations.
  • Train staff on compliance with federal, state, and local laws as well as operating procedures.
  • Coordinate special events at the hotel.
  • Manage food and beverage cost control.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in Food and Beverage Management preferred.
  • Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work with a flexible schedule.
  • Previous supervisory/managerial experience in a hotel environment preferred.
  • Exceptional people management and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
