About the position

The Assistant Outlets Manager at Hyatt Regency Frisco is responsible for assisting in the management of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel. This role involves overseeing staffing, scheduling, and training of staff to ensure exceptional service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing all food and beverage outlets within the hotel.
  • Oversee staffing and scheduling for the outlets.
  • Train and develop staff to provide excellent service.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels for food and beverage supplies.

Requirements

  • Previous full-service restaurant food and beverage supervisory experience required.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to lead a team.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Flexible work schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
