About the position

The Assistant Outside Sales Manager at NEWPRO Home Solutions is responsible for leading and training the sales team in the home remodeling sector. This role focuses on ensuring high customer satisfaction, managing sales reporting, and developing sales forecasts while adhering to company policies. Responsibilities

• Train existing and new sales staff in sales and communication techniques.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage and train sales staff in reporting requirements and proper documentation of sales contracts, supporting documentation, and customer communications.
• Prepare timely and accurate sales reports and develop sales forecasts.
• Provide reports and sales data to division manager.
• Ensure all sales staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Conduct weekly sales meetings and training sessions, including sales contests and development.

Requirements

• Experience in home remodeling sales is required.
• A record of sales success and a desire to develop an advanced sales career is required.
• High School diploma/GED; college degree preferred.
• Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office, experienced using CRM programs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong sales closing abilities.
• Experience training and supervising sales representatives is a plus.
• Valid driver license.
• 2 years in-home sales experience is required.
• Technologically proficient.
