Responsibilities
- Selling parts to customers via telephone and online
- Providing price quotes to retail and wholesale customers
- Pulling purchased parts from stock and fulfilling orders
- Assisting technicians in fulfilling parts needed for customer repairs
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in Automotive Parts Counter
- 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent customer service skills
- GM parts or dealership experience preferred
