Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, pies, cakes, and muffins according to recipes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

• Assist in inventory management of baking supplies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Requirements

• 1+ years of large-scale baking/pastry experience (preferred but not required).
• Ability to lift large amounts of dough and supplies weighing 50 lbs or more.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
