As an Assistant Personal Shopper at NET-A-PORTER, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the Personal Shopping team. Your primary responsibilities will include resolving daily order issues, managing administrative tasks for designated Personal Shoppers, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients. You will liaise with various departments to address and resolve issues promptly, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains a top priority. Additionally, you will assist in closing sales and creating personalized emails for customers that include product images, details, and pricing. You will also be responsible for creating customer profiles to help the Personal Shoppers offer tailored product recommendations. Your role will involve conducting ad-hoc stock searches, checking stock levels of key products, and assisting with stock requests for both internal and external customer appointments. You will help organize and check stock for consignment deliveries and assist with event setups and takedowns. Furthermore, you will process orders, pre-orders, and reservations as needed, and maintain the customer list administration for the Personal Shoppers.
