As a PT Leader-2 at Life Time, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing a team of Fitness Professionals, guiding them towards successful careers within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to embody and promote the Life Time Training brand and philosophy, ensuring that every member and client receives an exceptional experience on the fitness floor. This will involve delivering the best Dynamic Personal Training experience, which is central to our mission. You will work closely with club leadership to implement strategies that enhance the overall fitness experience, ensuring that both clients and team members thrive. In this role, you will conduct one-on-one sessions with team members, focusing on their development and performance. You will also be responsible for selling training services to newer Fitness Professionals, coaching live client and member experience sessions, and onboarding new team members. Your leadership will extend to managing the connectivity and sales processes, educating your team on all products and services, and delivering your own personal production. Ultimately, your goal will be to help your team achieve their personal financial goals while aligning with the division's objectives. Your leadership will not only involve managing the team but also being a Player-Coach, setting an example through your own Dynamic Personal Training practices. You will oversee the quality and consistency of the services and programs offered by your team, ensuring that they meet the high standards expected by Life Time. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating new clients and ensuring that team members possess the necessary skills to meet member needs effectively. Promoting and executing Life Time Training initiatives, such as the 60 Day program and other special events, will also be part of your responsibilities. You will handle all scheduling, administrative, and coordination tasks for various programs and classes, including metabolic training, small group sessions, and nutrition programs.
