Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain personal training staff at assigned location(s)
• Interview, onboard, and develop personal trainers and fitness consultants
• Drive sales and sessions and enhance client retention
• Hold performance meetings and workshops with staff

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years experience in management
• Personal training certification preferred, but not required
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and delegate effectively
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
