Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Current CPR certification is mandatory.
  • Nationally recognized personal training certification is required.
  • Experience in managing a team environment is essential.
  • Demonstrated friendly, welcoming, and enthusiastic attitude at all times.
  • High level of professionalism, honesty, integrity, and work ethic is required.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills are necessary.
  • Experience in providing high-end customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Track record of success in a performance-driven work environment is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the fitness industry is a plus.
