The Assistant Principal will also assume the principal's responsibilities during their absence, ensuring continuity in leadership and decision-making. In addition to administrative duties, the Assistant Principal will conduct faculty meetings, assemblies, and volunteer programs, and oversee regulations that affect students, including academic performance and discipline. This position involves counseling students as needed and participating in staff selection, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
