The Water Source Heat Pump (WSHP) Assistant Product Manager will lead the execution of the strategy for the product line with an annual revenue of $120M, and will assist the Portfolio Leader in creating the WSHP strategic development plan. This role will be primarily tactical, managing the implementation across all areas of the strategic plan, and leading some of the 'small rock' product initiatives. Additionally the successful candidate will contribute and support the annual A3, AOP and LRP processes. The Product Manager will need to have a basic understanding of product management practices, good business and financial acumen, and people influencing capabilities. The selected candidate will possess strong analytical skills that enables him/her to make timely and data-informed recommendations that help accelerate profitable growth. He/She will contribute to meeting or exceeding Trane Technologies organic revenue growth targets, growing market share, and expanding EBITDA margins while advancing our enterprise ESG efforts.
