As the Assistant Production Manager at Garcia Roofing, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our team and the satisfaction of our customers. You will work closely with our repairs, warranty, and construction trades departments, ensuring that projects are scheduled and completed efficiently. Your bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English will be essential in facilitating communication and providing exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring project efficiency and managing the project backlog. You will coordinate schedules, draft correspondence, and handle incoming calls, ensuring that all communications are timely and professional. Additionally, you will conduct research and prepare presentations and meeting materials, which will require strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Clerical tasks such as invoicing, report writing, memo drafting, letter composition, and spreadsheet management will also be part of your daily responsibilities. You will attend meetings, deliver presentations, and take detailed notes to ensure that all team members are aligned and informed. Completing all tasks assigned by your manager will be crucial to your success in this role, as you will be expected to contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department. Your commitment to high-level customer service and your ability to handle confidential information will be key components of your daily activities.

Responsibilities
