Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standard of quality and safety in all areas of production from manufacturing to shipment.
• Perform concrete batching operations.
• Assist with efficient plant operations related to production and scheduling.
• Support the schedule and performance of production maintenance.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing, asphalt, or related industry is preferred.
• A college degree in engineering, concrete industry management, mining, or related field is highly preferred.
• Understanding of all aspects of concrete production and the types of products produced is preferred.
• Basic understanding of QC/QA for the ready mix concrete industry is required.
• Working mechanical knowledge of all plant-related equipment is necessary.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to think analytically and on the spot when problems arise is required.
• Working computer skills are necessary.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in quality control is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License is preferred.
