Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest standard of quality and safety in all areas of production from manufacturing to shipment.
- Perform concrete batching operations.
- Assist with efficient plant operations related to production and scheduling.
- Support the schedule and performance of production maintenance.
Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing, asphalt, or related industry preferred.
- A college degree in engineering, concrete industry management, mining, or related field is highly preferred.
- Understanding of all aspects of concrete production and the types of products produced is preferred.
- Basic understanding of QC/QA for the ready mix concrete industry.
- Working mechanical knowledge of all plant-related equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think analytically and on the spot when problems arise.
- Working computer skills.
