Eastern Mennonite University (EMU) is seeking an Assistant or Associate Professor in a tenure-track faculty position in Chemistry. The successful candidate will hold a Ph.D. in Chemistry with a specialization in organic chemistry. The position involves teaching undergraduate courses such as Organic Chemistry I and II, Analytical Chemistry, and chemistry for non-majors. There is also an opportunity to teach graduate students in biomedicine, which is considered a plus. The candidate is expected to develop an ongoing scholarly program that involves students and to participate in department and university service, including advising and mentoring a diverse student body and serving on university committees.
