  • Provide regular student advising and establish mentoring relationships.

  • Respond to CAHME standards and maintain program accreditation.
  • Attend departmental or college meetings, with occasional travel to Denton or Houston.

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
  • Record of professional success in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop relationships with local and regional healthcare organizations.
  • Prior teaching experience is preferred.
  • Experience in data generation, analysis, and dissemination is desired.
