  • Maintain an on-campus office presence and convenient office hours for students.
  • Provide regular student advising and establish mentoring relationships.
  • Contribute to overall student success and academic quality.
  • Collaborate with faculty on program assessment and student learning evaluation.
  • Respond to CAHME standards and maintain program accreditation.
  • Attend departmental or college meetings, with occasional travel to Denton or Houston.

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
  • Record of professional success in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop relationships with local and regional healthcare organizations.
  • Prior teaching experience is preferred.
  • Experience in data generation, analysis, and dissemination is desired.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Health Services, Health Biostatistics, Healthcare Operations, Health Economics, and Health Policy.
