The Legal Studies and Business Ethics Department at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, is inviting applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position. This role is designed for candidates who are engaged in research and teaching in any business-relevant area of law and/or ethics. The department is particularly interested in candidates with expertise in specific areas such as technology and artificial intelligence, corporate law and governance, the law and ethics of markets including antitrust and bankruptcy, issues of inequality and discrimination, bioethics and health law, as well as energy, environment, and climate law. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the department's mission of fostering business-relevant scholarship and will have the opportunity to teach a diverse range of students, including undergraduates, MBAs, Executive MBAs, and PhD candidates. The appointment is anticipated to commence on July 1, 2025, and candidates are encouraged to submit their applications early, as they will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the final deadline of November 1, 2024.
