Responsibilities

- Assess student performance, provide timely feedback, and evaluate student learning outcomes.
- Engage students in active learning and foster critical thinking skills.
- Provide academic support and guidance to students through office hours and mentoring.
- Adhere to university policies and accreditation requirements related to teaching responsibilities.
- Incorporate innovative teaching methods and technologies to enhance student learning.
- Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay current in the field.
- Collaborate with colleagues and university staff to coordinate course offerings and contribute to program development.
- Participate in institutional service roles including college committees and student/faculty recruitment.
Requirements
- Earned doctorate/terminal degree in the teaching discipline from an accredited university.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Knowledge and understanding of disciplinary subject matter adequate for graduate-level instruction.
- Ability to interact with students, staff, and faculty in a professional and collaborative manner.
