  • Answering and making calls to customers
  • Invoicing and collections
  • Job costing
  • Monitoring and ordering inventory
  • Data entry
  • Customer service

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks preferred
  • Experience in construction

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Service Fusion software
  • Knowledge of operable walls, coiling doors, fire-rated swing doors, smoke curtains, raised access flooring, or trash and linen chutes
