The Assistant Project Manager for Mechanical will play a crucial role in overseeing capital projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and compliance with lender and ownership requirements. Responsibilities
- Assist in scheduling and managing mechanical construction projects.
- Read and interpret shop drawings to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure compliance with lender and ownership requirements.
- Collaborate with general contractors and subcontractors to review change orders and project progress.
- Meet with architects and design teams to resolve conflicts and ensure project alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in project management, particularly in the construction industry.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with project management software.
