Assistant Project Manager - Pool Construction

About the position

The Assistant Project Manager (APM) at Anthony & Sylvan Pools plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of residential swimming pool construction projects. This position involves collaborating closely with Project Managers and the Scheduling Team to oversee all aspects of construction, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. The APM is responsible for maintaining communication with customers, managing inspections, and ensuring safety protocols are followed on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inspections, site visits, and canvas reports.
• Communicate effectively with customers, the Scheduling Team, and subcontractors.
• Oversee every phase of pool installation and document progress with digital photos.
• Keep customers informed and address their questions and scheduling issues.
• Regularly meet with the Construction Manager to ensure projects are on track and resolve any issues.
• Assist Design Consultants and Sales Managers in pre-site evaluations to prevent potential problems.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on job sites.
• Maintain meticulous construction files, permits, and paperwork.
• Be adaptable and ready for other projects and tasks as they arise.
