About the position

Regency Plumbing & Piping, Inc. in Orange, CA is looking to hire a full-time Assistant Project Manager. This project engineering position earns a competitive wage starting at $20-$30/per hour, depending on experience. Our plumber technicians have decades' worth of knowledge with medical gas piping installation and design. Responsibilities

  • Submit orders and create submittal packages before starting a project.
  • Generate estimates for any changes promptly.
  • Review contracts to determine necessary materials for the job.
  • Proactively order supplies.
  • Develop plans to improve processes and identify reliable sources for materials and equipment.
  • Build strategic schedules and teams based on plumbers' strengths.
  • Conduct regular quality checks during project completion.
  • Manage subcontractors effectively.
  • Address and resolve onsite issues quickly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for every project, including owner manuals and warranties.
  • Prepare requests for information (RFIs) for contractors, architects, and engineers.
