About the position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support project management activities on construction sites, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of construction management processes. You will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and streamline project workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
• Utilize construction management software such as HeavyBid and Prolog for tracking project progress and documentation.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and maintain safety standards.
• Prepare reports on project status, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to discuss project updates and resolve any concerns.
• Support the procurement process by managing contracts and vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in project management within the construction industry is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., HeavyBid, Prolog) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and Civil 3D software.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with contract management processes is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel to various construction sites as needed.
