As an Assistant Property Manager (APM) at Bozzuto, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional living experiences for residents. This leadership position requires a passion for apartment living and community engagement, along with a commitment to the company's core values of creativity, concern, passion, and the pursuit of perfection. You will lead by example, manage financial objectives, and ensure the community's standards are upheld while mentoring your team.

Responsibilities

• Leading by example and embodying the core values and culture of Bozzuto.
• Achieving financial objectives through effective rent collection and managing delinquency.
• Conducting informative and personalized tours of the community to drive new leases.
• Building brand loyalty by ensuring positive resident interactions.
• Maintaining impeccable interior and exterior community standards and representing the Bozzuto brand professionally.
• Coaching, mentoring, and inspiring team members.
• Working weekends to accommodate prospective residents, with two days off during the week.
• Taking responsibility for leadership in the absence of the Property Manager.

Requirements

• A college degree.
• 2+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or retail industries.
• Exposure to revenue, P&L, and budget management.
• Proficient in leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Competent with industry software (YARDI preferred), apps, and computer programs.
• Sales aptitude.
