About The Position
Leumas Residential is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to help manage a Multifamily Property. This role involves assisting with resident relations, issue resolution, leasing, property maintenance, personnel functions, budget control, and monitoring market conditions. The Assistant Property Manager will also be responsible for rent collection, accounting, marketing, and maintaining up-to-date records for the property.
