As an Assistant Property Manager/Leasing Agent at Results Property Management, you will play a crucial role in our team, contributing to the management and leasing of properties in Roseville, CA. This full-time, in-office position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate and property management industry. Your responsibilities will include conducting and scheduling property showings, managing key pickups and drop-offs, and performing inspections to assess property conditions. You will also review rental applications, provide updates to property owners, and support tenant relationship management. Responsibilities

  • Conduct and schedule property showings for prospective tenants.
  • Manage key pickups and drop-offs for tenants and contractors.
  • Perform initial, annual, and move-in/move-out inspections to assess property conditions and compliance.
  • Review rental applications to determine suitability and compliance with criteria.
  • Provide weekly updates to property owners about the status and conditions of their properties.
  • Support tenant relationship management and address inquiries or concerns efficiently.
  • Assist in general property management tasks and office duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in property management or a similar role is preferred.
  • RHIP Inspection Certification, or the ability to obtain certification shortly after hire.
  • Must possess a Real Estate License to apply for the position.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships.
  • Computer proficiency, particularly with property management software (experience with Appfolio is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
