About the position
The Assistant Property Manager / Leasing (Bilingual) at Monarch Investment and Management Group is responsible for supporting the Property Manager in all on-site operations of the property. This role focuses on enhancing tenant relations, ensuring high occupancy rates, and maintaining effective property marketing. Responsibilities
- Assist the Property Manager with all on-site property operations.
- Ensure tenant renewals are captured at the highest rate possible.
- Build and maintain a resident relations program.
- Show and lease apartments when the leasing agent is unavailable to maintain occupancy at or above market levels.
- Assist the Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current and effective.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and another language.
- Experience with Yardi software preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of experience in multifamily housing preferred.
- Excellent computer skills and ability to navigate industry software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
