The Assistant Property Manager/Leasing Consultant at Launch Property Management is a key role focused on managing properties and fostering strong relationships with residents and vendors. Responsibilities

  • Manage properties and maintain quality relationships with residents and vendors.
  • Coordinate scheduling and sequencing of projects, unit turns, and leasing efforts.
  • Compile and direct scope of work for subcontractors and perform quality control to ensure excellence.
  • Review payouts and invoices related to property management activities.
  • Lead leasing efforts and build relationships with residents and co-workers.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of prior relevant property management experience with a progressive career trajectory.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is required.
  • Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Skilled at leading leasing efforts and building effective working relationships.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with online technology platforms for tracking leasing and unit turn status.
