Compliance with Enterprise Residential's policies and external regulatory requirements is essential, including a solid understanding of the Fair Housing Act. The Assistant Property Manager will manage the leasing process, collect rents, monitor delinquencies, and maintain accurate records. Additionally, the Assistant Property Manager will promote resident services initiatives, engage residents in community activities, and prepare operational and financial reports. They will assist in processing property expenses and participate in required training sessions. The role requires keeping the Property Manager informed of any information that could affect property operations and supporting other communities as assigned by management.
