About the position

The Assistant Property Manager at Onni Level Properties is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential properties, ensuring high levels of resident satisfaction, and managing administrative tasks related to accounts receivable and payable. This role involves collaboration with various teams, execution of marketing strategies, and maintaining compliance with legal and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, create, and maintain monthly A/R duties including payment processing and management.
  • Administer and maintain all administrative duties related to A/P, including coding invoices and submitting them to the Head Office.
  • Oversee legal processes, weekly reporting, rent collection, delinquency management, and evictions.
  • Collaborate with the Service Team to track resident service requests and ensure satisfaction.
  • Process move-outs and resident final account statements.
  • Execute a marketing plan and review reporting for effective resource application.
  • Maintain strong communication with residents via email blasts and notices.
  • Assist with resolving resident issues, complaints, or special requests.
  • Create and distribute reports and marketing materials as needed.
  • Oversee day-to-day duties of Resident Services and Concierge teams.
  • Support leasing staff by performing duties of a Leasing Consultant as needed.
  • Help plan and host monthly resident functions.
  • Maintain office organization and inventory.

Requirements

  • 3 years in Residential Property Management with a proven track record in sales and administrative responsibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Proficiency in property management software, preferably Yardi.
  • Excellent experience in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS Windows.
  • High School diploma or GED (College degree preferred).

  • Experience in marketing and customer service background sufficient to manage day-to-day operations.
