About The Position
WinnCompanies is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Southwood Apartments, a 196-unit tax credit community layered with 163 Projected Based Section 8 units located in Morrow, GA. In this role, you will support the Property Manager in managing the community, particularly when it pertains to administrative duties and the leasing/recertification process.
