In addition to competitive salaries, we offer commissions for new leases and renewals, providing an opportunity for you to shine and achieve fantastic results. Your responsibilities will include handling all aspects of leasing apartments, which involves greeting prospective residents, touring the community, and closing the sale prior to move-in. You will also conduct inspections of vacant apartments to ensure they are show-ready, monitor the accuracy of advertisements, and assist in leasing events and promotions. A strong marketing and sales ability is necessary to increase occupancy and resident satisfaction, and you will need to maintain a working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations concerning multi-family leasing and management. This position requires a professional appearance and demeanor, as well as the ability to create relationships with residents and vendors.
