The Assistant Property Manager position at BGSF is designed for individuals who are passionate about the apartment industry and possess strong leadership and organizational skills. The Assistant Property Manager will report directly to the Property Manager and is expected to maintain a high level of attention to detail and the ability to follow directions effectively. In this role, the Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for various office management duties, including answering phone calls and addressing customer service inquiries. They will work closely with residents to resolve any concerns and ensure a positive living experience. Additionally, the position involves managing collections and booking responsibilities, ensuring that delinquencies are kept at an acceptable rate. Familiarity with financial reports and the ability to tour the community and homes as needed are essential components of this job. The Assistant Property Manager will also be tasked with completing required paperwork, submitting service requests, posting rents, and following the eviction and move-out processes. Marketing efforts may also be required to attract new residents. The role may involve using specific software tools, and candidates should be prepared to adapt to these requirements. Responsibilities
